To ensure good service and a smooth experience at MAMA PIZZA, please keep the following in mind:

Your reservation is guaranteed for 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After that, unfortunately we cannot hold the table. If you are running late, please give us a call.

The table is reserved for you for two hours. If you’d like to stay longer, just let us know in

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to reassign tables.

From September 1st to October 26th:
For reservations of 8 people or more, we reserve the right to charge €15 for each no-show guest, regardless of whether the seat remains empty or is taken by someone else. We really don’t like doing this, but experience has shown that during this season, up to 50% of large groups don’t show up. Thanks for your understanding. -
