To ensure good service and a smooth experience at MAMA PIZZA, please keep the following in mind:

Your reservation is guaranteed for 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After that, unfortunately we cannot hold the table. If you are running late, please give us a call.

•

The table is reserved for you for two hours. If you’d like to stay longer, just let us know in

advance - we’ll be happy to accommodate you!

•

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to reassign tables.

•

For reservations of 8 people or more, we reserve the right to charge €15 for each no-show guest, regardless of whether the seat remains empty or is taken by someone else. We really don’t like doing this, but experience has shown that during this season, up to 50% of large groups don’t show up. Thanks for your understanding.

•

Our kitchen is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.

Closing time: 23:00.

•

If you are unable to attend your reservation, we kindly ask for an early cancellation via the following email: info@mama-pizza.com.

•

If you have received a confirmation or reminder email, you can easily cancel your reservation using the link included in the email.

•

If you need to cancel at short notice, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.

•

During low or high season, opening hours may vary.

•

We look forward to welcoming you to MAMA PIZZA
