A little about us:

Our restaurant has now been open for 37 years in Cala Ratjada, Mallorca and has become a byword for good food and friendly, almost family-like, service. The restaurant has been remodeled every 5-7 years, but the menu has always remained Italian-Mediterranean. The last remodeling took place in the winter of 2009/2010 and it will stay that way for the time being. Lots of white wood, the colors purple and pink as well as flower walls and fresh flowers. A somewhat unusual music system for a restaurant reinforces our belief that music is at the heart of everything we do. 

There are no compromises when it comes to our cuisine and wines. We only buy and sell what we consider to be the best. Everything is home-made. Absolutely nothing is bought ready-made. Pizza, pasta, bread, desserts, sauces, etc.

Everything is homemade.

In the purchasing area, we know all our producers from Italy, Spain and France personally through regular visits, and in the case of wines we know all the wineries.

We do not order anything from the catalog.

 

Our team spirit is very warm and close. Even in winter, when the restaurant is closed, we meet regularly. Some of our team of around 26 people, more than 10 employees, have been with us for between 10 and 25 years.

Team spirit and the restaurant is a matter close to our hearts and YOU have shown us that you would fit in very well with our philosophy.

 

Our season lasts about 7 months. From Easter to the end of October. We pay wages by bank transfer on the 1st of each month and tips on the 15th of each month. Work clothes are provided, except for shoes. Food and drinks are also provided daily. For meals that you order separately, i.e. not from our MA menu plan, you only pay 30% of the regular sales price. In other words, the purchase price that I also pay when I eat in the restaurant. If you want to take food home (for your partner or children) you pay 50% of the regular retail price.

 

All employees are insured with us from day one. So please only register with a valid work permit.

 

It is also possible to rent a room or an apartment with us.

 

As we host a lot of local guests, it would be great if you could speak Spanish. However, our main clientele is German-speaking. And a small part only speaks English.
